A poem about two stubborn individuals who each refuse to budge – each refusing to “lose” – to the extent that neither one of them win. Can you stop the cycle of the Zax? Is it easy to do? Is it important to do??
THIS BOOK is THE BOOK for the importance of conflict resolution, in my opinion…haha and this random site agrees with me, if you want some debrief pointers…because, ONE, it rhymes, and TWO, the reader is left with a clear sense of what one of The Zax should do.

Debrief Ideas/Questions -
- Discuss why conceding (letting it go) is easier said than done! Have they ever been a Zax?
- In the context of respect – consider speaking about self-respect.
- Are you respecting yourself when you commit to an indefinite and pointless standoff?
- You cannot let disrespecting someone else become more important than respecting yourself.
- Another angle – Humility.
- It takes humility to let go of your pride, and step to the side – sometimes you have to let the other side think they’ve won, just to get on with your life. Otherwise, you’ll both lose.
